Welcome

I’m a kind and compassionate Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician (CEDC), with over 20 years’ experience in research and clinical practice. From working in a variety of health care settings, I have developed specialised expertise and a passion for supporting adults with mental health conditions, eating disorders and disordered eating.
 â€‹

I have advanced training and skills in nutrition counselling, delivering person-centred, trauma-informed care, using a non-judgmental, caring and sensitive approach. I also use a non-diet, weight-inclusive approach to health management, with the aim of supporting clients to improve their relationship with food, eating and body.

With a strong background in nutrition-related research, I strive to remain abreast of the most up-to-date scientific literature so that I continue to be at the forefront of nutrition knowledge. Whilst drawing on up-to-date evidence in sessions with clients, I make sure to translate the science into user-friendly, practical strategies to suit each individuals lifestyle and unique situation.
